    John.Jones@lakesarearealty.com

I’ve been with Lakes Area Realty for nearly three years and I have to say it’s been great learning new things and being around so many different people. At Lakes, I am allowed to be me and express my personality and opinion as I help others, while staying grounded in my own morals and beliefs.

I consider myself a “Jack of all trades” who brings experience, thoroughness, compassion and an inquisitive side to everything I do. I’m lucky I can see things from many different perspectives, which is why I love to solve problems.

At Lakes Area Realty, I’m in a position where I am fortunate to encounter everyone in the organization on a regular basis. Among a slew of other duties, I am the one in charge of Accounts Payable, which is primarily paying commissions. People love getting paid for their hard work and I love making their day!

When I’m not at the office, I’m usually with my daughter or friends—unless I’m working out in the weight room or the MMA gym.

When things get challenging, I always tell myself, “Just keep swimming, just keep swimming.” Great advice from Finding Nemo.

Sharp, intelligent, and clever, Paul Olson has established an "over and beyond" reputation from 14 years of real estate sales.

Paul's clients point out his calm demeanor and ability to advocate and negotiate on their behalf. His client reviews often mention his ability to see inside what they want, and quickly think outside the box to overcome hurdles. These are indisputable assets to successfully navigating a real estate sale.

His ability to problem solve and find creative solutions is noteworthy. He works with clients, other agents, and team members, sharing his ideas and insights to help find creative solutions.

Paul's knowledge in real estate goes beyond helping buyers and sellers with their own homes. He has also successfully managed a sizable portfolio of rental properties and invests personally in rentals. Figuring out cap rates and negotiating sales for his investor clients is something he has mastered through firsthand experience.

"Seeing my clients visualize their real estate dreams and helping them to bring these to reality is the most satisfying part of my career!"
