Born and raised in Stillwater and now living in Minneapolis, Olivia brings a unique blend of local expertise, advertising experience, and relationship-first service to every transaction. Before real estate, she worked in strategic advertising and marketing, a background that now shapes how she positions listings, negotiates on behalf of clients, and helps buyers recognize long-term value beyond the surface.

Known by many clients as a "licensed Realtor® and unofficial therapist," Olivia approaches real estate with equal parts strategy and empathy.
