Korla has been helping people buy and sell property since 2012. She is enchanted by architecture and transforming spaces. Her number one goal is looking out for her clients and their best interests. For many, buying and selling homes is an emotional process. Korla prides herself at listening carefully to her clients needs and observing their preferences. Korla is a diligent list maker, a taskmaster, and loves getting a job done thoroughly, yet with efficiency.
She comes from a family of carpenters and crafts people and was raised to know quality when she sees it. Korla has the ability to see hidden potential in a property and share that with her clients.
Korla has a background in fine art and art history. Before coming to the real estate industry, she spent the previous 6 years sculpting architecture and landscapes out of clay. She has a Masters in Fine Art from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in both Ceramics and Art History from the Kansas City Art Institute. She sees her real estate work as research for her artistic process and likes to spend her free time in her solar powered ceramic studio sculpting three dimensional wall hung landscapes. Korla and her husband Alex, also like to utilize any spare time they have renovating their own home & vintage camper, playing in their gardens, and most recently building bridges and fixing up a playhouse for their son, Fritz. She truly lives for transforming spaces, inside and out and loves to share that passion with others.
