As a child, JoLynn Cafferty moved seven times between kindergarten and her senior year. She knows what it’s like to move to a new community and understands how difficult it can be to make new friends while leaving old friends behind. Because of her own experience, she considers herself the person who can make the transition to a new home easier for families.

Along with compassion, Jolynn brings myriad skills and talents to her job as a Realtor. From building roof and floor trusses, studying Architectural Drafting and Design in college, securing permits for rip-rap work to selling numerous homes in addition to a 24-unit Senior building—while amassing more than 30 years in the business— Jolynn has done just about everything there is to do with building homes. 

The keys to Jolynn’s success are tenacity, honesty, problem-solving abilities and being a good listener. The many joys are found in helping clients sell their homes and find new ones—and then turning those clients into lifelong friends

When JoLynn isn’t working, she’s spending time with her husband, family or friends. She enjoys golfing in the summer, and reading, walking and baking in the winter.
