Jeanette is a licensed real estate broker in both Wisconsin and Florida and has successfully managed and supported transactions across residential, commercial, investment, and development properties. Throughout her career, she has overseen more than $600 million in closed transaction volume while leading high-performing teams and helping clients confidently navigate complex real estate decisions.

Known for her strategic mindset and strong financial acumen, Jeanette specializes in identifying opportunities, solving problems creatively, and building lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and industry professionals. Her experience includes everything from luxury homes and investment portfolios to commercial leases, land acquisition, and development projects.

In addition to her real estate background, Jeanette is a managing member of Amira, LLC, where she has led development and investment projects involving retail, office, and restaurant properties. Her hands-on experience in development, construction oversight, financing, and business operations gives her clients a valuable edge when evaluating real estate opportunities. Finally, her creative side flourishes from her furniture and design business prior to obtaining her real estate licenses.

Jeanette earned her Master degree from Walden University and a Bachelor degree from the University of St. Thomas. She combines data-driven insight with personalized service to help clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
