I have been a Real Estate agent for 22 years. My working background started in our family business of over 40 years. I’m the third generation of our prosperous Retail clothing stores that were located in Excelsior, Hopkins, St Paul and Elbow Lake Mn. My parents came out to Excelsior in 1962 and opened up Nygren’s Ladies Apparel, that’s where it all began for me at the age of five. By the time I turned twenty-one my dad decided to semi retire, he handed the keys over to me and I became President of our clothing store. The skills that I learned at a very young age has helped me in my Real Estate career. Learning how to work with clients and fulfilling their needs. Listening to their wants and desires and making that dream come true.

I work with first time buyers starting their new journey on their home search. Seasoned buyers and sellers who have had experience buying and selling property, and Investment buyers finding that special property to invest in. Or marketing a sellers home by making recommendations for getting the home ready to put on the market, staging, photos/videos, and preparing a market by running comparables, and proper pricing unique to their home.

Also, negotiating the transaction to get the highest and best price for their property. By operating a family business for many years, it has groomed me to have a high level of professionalism and business experience in my Real Estate career.
