Outside of real estate, Fabrice is a licensed plumber in the State of Minnesota and uses those skills to advise homebuyers as they assess potential homes. Fabrice is also passionate about helping and empowering others on their journeys to success. This is evident in his work with young students at St. Cloud University where he coaches soccer and helps newcomers to the U.S. navigate their new home through an organization called African United.
