In 2010, I moved to Lakes Area Realty and started the Chris Dennis Group. As the real estate market started to recover in 2011, I transitioned my business back to traditional residential real estate. In 2019 I opened the Lake Minnetonka office for Lakes Area Realty in historic downtown Excelsior on the shores of Lake Minnetonka.

The office has over 25 Realtors and Brokers who love helping our clients with every step of their real estate transactions. We are the top producing team and office in the brokerage with over totaled over $500,000,000 in sales, $200,000,000 of those done personally. I represent clients on traditional residential, residential investment property, and commercial building transactions.
