Brent Nordstrom is a licensed Realtor and licensed Appraiser. This dual licensing provides Brent with valuable insight in today’s marketplace, whether evaluating a property to buy/sell or representing a homeowner in the property management field. Having over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Brent has a solid tenure in real estate. Brent’s passion for real state stems from his years of doing property management, buying and selling investment properties, and working as an appraiser.

His client base includes both buyers and sellers who are looking for a consultative approach to real estate. His tenure in appraising has taught him to be a strategic thinker; one known for creative and profitable approaches to marketing and negotiating. Brent earned his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in Communications and Marketing. After getting involved in property management on a personal level, he continued his education in Real Estate by becoming a both a licensed appraiser and realtor. This dual role in residential real estate have proved to be a great benefit in working with Brent. Brent resides in the western suburbs with his wife and two children.
